It helped the arthritis in my wrist, my wrist didn't hurt all day yesterday and it still doesn't hurt. I had surgery on my vocal cord, they put in an implant, I had blown out the vocal cord from coughing as a result of a side effect from a blood pressure drug, & now have a very gravelly voice.. I wanted to see if the lights would do anything to tighten up the throat skin. I was surprised to find after I got out from under the lights, that my voice was now vastly improved and no more gravel gertie voice. I used the Red light. The improvement lasted for about 2 days and then started to revert back, I went back under the lights for the full 20 minutes and when I got through, my voice was normal again, not perfect, but certainly better. I will continue using this for my throat and see what happens. In a few weeks, I will contact the throat specialist and tell him about it. This is truly a miracle.
